Grape varieties: Colombard, Roussanne and Chardonnay
All the grapes come from vineyards around the country
Production process: After manual and selective harvesting of each variety individually. The columnar was fermented and aged in a stainless steel container to preserve its character, while the Roussanne and Chardonnay were fermented and aged separately in one-year-old barrels.
Taste: A wine with a light body, freshness, fruitiness and minerality on the one hand and layers of refinement. This is a very enjoyable, powerful and lively wine.
